– Essential Qualifications & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– Minimum 3+ years of experience as a technical writer, preferably in SaaS environments focused on eCommerce and analytics.
– Proficiency in documentation tools like Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
– Experience in creating and managing API documentation and working with cloud-based technologies.
– Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, user-centric documentation.
– Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
– Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
– Knowledge of analytics platforms, data visualization, and reporting tools.
– Understanding of eCommerce platforms and omni-channel commerce strategies.
– Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
– Basic programming knowledge and experience with markup languages such as HTML, Markdown, or XML.
– Experience with localization and translation processes.

Key Responsibilities

– Manage the documentation lifecycle and ensure regular updates for accuracy.
– Organize and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
– Coordinate with localization teams for translated documentation.
